Product Terms

These Product Terms apply when you buy a digital product from aidemystified.in, such as the ebook 18 AI Businesses You Can Actually Build. The products are created by Karan Sood, trading as AI Demystified ("we", "us"). By completing a purchase, you agree to these terms. Consulting and build services are covered separately by our Terms of Service.

1. The product

The ebook is a downloadable PDF of approximately 70 pages describing 18 AI businesses that help other businesses earn more or spend less. Each business includes evidence of the market, what is built, suggested pricing with worked examples, a sales plan and compliance watch-outs, together with an explanation of AI Demystified's partnership plans, plus a guide to choosing a business and a 30-day plan.

2. Price and payment

The price is shown on the product page in US dollars (currently $19.99) and is a one-time payment, not a subscription. Checkout is provided by Dodo Payments, which acts as the merchant of record: Dodo Payments processes your payment, is the seller of record on your receipt, and calculates and collects any applicable sales tax, VAT or GST. Your local currency and taxes may be displayed at checkout. We never see or store your full card details.

3. Delivery

After successful payment, a download link is emailed to the address you entered at checkout, usually within minutes. If it hasn't arrived within an hour, check your spam folder and then email karan@aidemystified.in.

4. Your licence

You receive a personal, non-transferable licence to download, read and print the product for your own use, including using the ideas to start or improve your own business. You may not resell, share, republish, upload or redistribute the product or substantial parts of it, in any form, without our written permission.

5. No guarantee of results

The product is educational. Market sizes, costs, timelines, difficulty ratings and customer-acquisition suggestions are estimates based on our experience at the time of writing, not promises. Your results depend on your own decisions, effort, market and circumstances. Nothing in the product is legal, financial, tax or investment advice.

6. Refunds

Because the product is an instant digital download, sales are final once your download link has been delivered, and we do not offer refunds for a change of mind. You will always receive a full refund if the product is not delivered, the file is faulty and cannot be replaced, you were charged incorrectly or twice, or the product is materially different from its description. Full details are in our Refund Policy. This does not affect any statutory consumer rights that apply to you.

7. Intellectual property

All content in the product is owned by AI Demystified. Buying the product does not transfer ownership. The business ideas themselves are free for you to pursue.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability relating to a product is limited to the amount you paid for it, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.

9. Changes

We may update the product to correct or improve it. We may update these terms; the version in force at the time of your purchase applies to that purchase.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Nothing in them limits any consumer rights you have under the law of the country where you live.
